We prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:

  • If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process a claim, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
  • Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products):

  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products returned due to personal preferences, such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.

2. Return Process

  • For all eligible returns, a reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
  • The reverse shipping cost is equal to the original forward shipping cost. This charge applies per product.
  • To initiate a return for an eligible item, please email hello@taglessfashion.in with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and the required unboxing video and images.

3. Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or other reasons, it will be marked as a Return to Origin (RTO) and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for products unless the product is defective or misprinted.
  • If a refund is approved due to product damage or a printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Important Notes

  • Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
